D&D group hit with $1,000 fine for illegalgambling

I can't speak to the veracity of this report, but WTF?!

Sounds like this amounts to the equivalent of like a noise complaint. If I'm reading correctly (not as clearly written as one would hope from geeks), this could have been $1000 fine had it been found to be illegal gambling, but it wasn't and no one is actually pressing charges soooooooo....

Move along, nothing to see here. That being said, if for some reason this neighbor actually tried to take legal action on this, I would counter-sue the hell out of them.
