This House Rule is named after Qiu Hua, the very last wrestler who was able to gobble opponent multi-actions for breakfast by requiring each Break Grapple attempt to consume all of a victim's Attacks, even if the opponent had more than 1 Attack per round.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If a character has multiple Attacks per round (from many martial class features as example), it only takes the use of 1 of those Attacks to attempt to break a Grapple maintained by an opponent. A "Break Grapple" attempt does not eliminate the victim's entire set of Attacks if the victim has more than one per round.

This does not mean that a Break Grapple attempt can be made as a Bonus Action. An opponent Attacking with an off-hand weapon using two-weapon fighting cannot "trade in" the Attack that would have been a Bonus Action to instead be used as a Break Grapple attempt. This also means that if a Grappled opponent only has 1 Attack, and he uses it to Break Grapple, then he does not qualify to Attack with an off-hand weapons as a second Attack. This is because his Standard Action was not an Attack, which is a requirement of gaining an off-handed weapon Attack as a Bonus Actiton.
