Kimmy the fixer has connections to the Shiawase Corp. Rumor has it that he come over to UCAS a long time ago running from some Asian gang or some other trouble. Each rumor seems to be crazier than the last.

Kimmy seems like a nice jovial easy going guy. He seems to be smiling all the time. But he runs a tight ship. If the runners fail... well that is when his dictator-like god complex comes out.
