Ruler: The highest ruler of Heshba is called the Sar, or the lengthier Sar Jehorum. The Sar rules from the capital city of Gilshemish, located deep within the mysterious Jara Hili Forest.

Local rulers of cities are called Nasi. Below is Nasi Nalramhaud, ruler of Jabez.

Government Style: city-state rulers (Nasi) loosely connected to a central monarch (Sar), all of which are heavily influenced by religious leaders and ecclesiastical councils (Dasnishi)

Religion: thick cultural commitment to the in depth laws and customs of the Heshbaan god, referred to as Goldna Ad Dasnish (translated literally to "God of Dasnish"). Dasnish is a place, a large hill at the edge of the Jara Hili Forest, at which a mighty god supposedly visited a clan of nomads long ago and claimed the land and people of Heshba. The priests and professors of this religion are called the Dasnishi.

There is no export or proselytization of the Heshbaan religion. Goldna Ad Dasnish is thought of as a god exclusively for the Heshbaan people, linked only to their land and holy sites.

Primary Language: Heshbaan

Secondary Languages: Zutaran, Bishtu (mostly southern region), Kortellan, Yuoric (mostly northern region)
