[Suggestion] Allow Changing Game System

It would be nice to allow games and characters (especially those listed as "Custom") to have their game system changed as new systems are supported. Custom character sheets could be converted with the entirety of the sheet moved to the "Notes" section of the new system or something.

I know it's not going to work in all cases, but it seems preferable to having to retire a character and create a new one.

So this actually exists, but rather than it being a public feature, it exists as an administrative tool. I try to keep track of custom games (not hard right now), and so when a new system launches that matches that custom game, I reach out to the GM of that game if they'd like to convert (sometimes, they reach me first).

I opted not to make it public for a variety of reasons including abuse, statistics, etc, but also because its not something that will happen terribly often.
