Visible NPCs

Is it possible to make NPC character sheets inaccesible to players? I would like to 'post as' my NPCs (picture, access to stats!) But I don't want players knowing alignment, equipment, notes, stats...

If the NPC isn't part of the library, no one but you (and other GMs) should be able to see your characters.
