XP was spent as follows:

2 ranks in each of 6 career skills for 60 XP
1 rank in in the talent Skilled Jockey for 5 XP
Increase agility from 2 to 3 for 30 XP

I'd like to see the Character sheet here too but I have no idea how to import it

Okay so on my side I have you as having 10 XP Left. The only thing I couldnt take from your character sheet and put in was the rank ionto convincing demeanor as it isnt in the pilot career tree. You can purchase another career tree if you want to later down the line but at this moment the cost of doing that + buying the rank in convincing demeanor is more than what you have left

I see my mistake. You do have a rank in convincing demeanor per the bothan species. That being said, you still have 10 xp to put where you want or you can hold on to it. The choice is yours

I would like to hold on to it as a bargaining chip if possible for something down the road. If it cannot be used in that way I'm not sure how to spend it.

Well i mean you buy other upgrades, skill ranks or other specializations as well. So saving them could let you save up for something you want further down a skill tree or upgrade your character in anothet way.
