Maneor wants to trade the longsword for one of the shortswords. He has no interest in keeping the cloak, and has only been carrying it because he has been the strongest in the group. He'll probably swap his breastplate for the chain shirt, unless someone else can use it.

I have updated the loot post with the modifications. Maenor now has the chain shirt +1 and a shortsword +1, and the longsword and leaden cloak return to the pile.
