Hey everyone, MadMaxi here! Been playing DnD since I was ten (1990) and have quite the love affair with fantasy/sci-fi settings. I have played everything from AD&D to 3.5 and now 5e. I haven't played a game in a long while and I am currently working on finishing a homebrew setting that has been in the works for a long time.

Now a little about me: I recently graduated college in 2014 with a BA in Geography a minor in communication and a GIS certificate. I am an OIF (06-07) Vet who has since parted ways with the service for MANY reasons lol. I have a 18 going 19 month old who is named after a comic book villain. I am very much a nerd/geek, but due to what my military friends refer to as my special ops beard and love for sports/guns my nerd/geek side isn't always picked up on.

I am looking forward to what this site has to offer!

His name is Ronan. My wife and I are talking future kid names and Logan is a possibility (Other than the fact it has been USED 2200+ times in the last few years though). I am still working on her to let me us name one Wade after Deadpool...lol

Hello and welcome to the site! Is your homebrew setting for D&D or another game/genre? Imho GamersPlane is a good place to try out homebrew settings - in a couple of games myself here which fit that bill.

Harlandski: Its a system neutral setting. I tried creating things that would fit into any fantasy setting without making it strictly for PF/DnD. After a recent discussion I've even thought of doing ANOTHER iteration of the world map and making this one a little more dystopian, and creating a somewhat high-tech/fantasy setting....lol we will see. For now one thing at a time!
