Average stealth checks were exactly right. Definitely feel free to "predict" rolls like that. We can always add or adjust dice later, or get creative w/ the retcon. But not waiting for the DM to rule on every little thing can help things move along faster. And gives all you a chance to add more RP fun and flair to your posts.
Also it helps me to see how you all spend advantage if you highlight the effect in green. You'll notice I've been doing the same for threats by highlighting in red.
Imen's prior stealth check applies here. So you're good to go.
@Black: Are you hiding and taking cover, or staying out in the open? If hiding, make a Stealth check. Average difficulty.
I'll try to have another post up tonight, but then might go dark for a little while. I'm going to Yosemite w/ my family for the week.
