lies a pile of burnt bones in front of a scorched tunnel.
You enter into a circular room that is about 30 feet North to South and 30 feet East to West.

of it to ash and inspiring its current name. "
There are puddles all about the floor, but no significant body of water. In the center of the room is what looks a drain. Everywhere you look is all manner of debris in various states of decay. Gnawed on bones, rusted armor, weapons scraps of rotting food, and so on. Directly opposite from you all is an open doorway.

On the first round of combat, creatures that haven’t acted are flat-footed to you.
a flat-footed creature with an agile or finesse melee weapon, an agile or finesse
unarmed attack, or a ranged attack, you deal 1d6 extra precision damage. For a
ranged attack with a thrown weapon, that weapon must also be agile or finesse.

"Sneak Attack: If a rogue can catch an opponent when he is unable to defend himself effectively from her attack, she can strike a vital spot for extra damage.
The rogue's attack deals extra damage anytime her target would be denied a Dexterity bonus to AC (whether the target actually has a Dexterity bonus or not), or when the rogue flanks her target. This extra damage is 1d6 at 1st level, and increases by 1d6 every two rogue levels thereafter. Should the rogue score a critical hit with a sneak attack, this extra damage is not multiplied. Ranged attacks can count as sneak attacks only if the target is within 30 feet.
With a weapon that deals nonlethal damage (like a sap, whip, or an unarmed strike), a rogue can make a sneak attack that deals nonlethal damage instead of lethal damage. She cannot use a weapon that deals lethal damage to deal nonlethal damage in a sneak attack, not even with the usual –4 penalty.
The rogue must be able to see the target well enough to pick out a vital spot and must be able to reach such a spot. A rogue cannot sneak attack while striking a creature with concealment."
Compared to the spoilers marithyme posted, that is quite a change.

I TOTALLY misunderstood Furious Focus, thought it would make me immune to Multiple Attack Penalty! Nope, it only makes it so your MISSES don't count! LOL! Consequently, my second attack's +5 modifier should have been cancelled out by the -5 penalty. So 16 total.
Requirements: You are wielding a melee weapon without the agile trait.
Make a Strike. The Strike gains the following failure effect.

If you use Hunt Target against a creature when you already have a creature designated, the prior creature loses the designation and the new target gains the designation. A pasty faced cleric of note...
He smiles and says, "Lady Deverin suggested you might need my services in the pit you're entering. I'm glad I caught you before I had to wade in there myself. She had forgotten to mention that they'd caught a prisoner whomight have some valuable information for you. In case you were unaware, goblins are rumored to be behind some of the recentproblems. HOwever, it appears, and you can takethis how you want, but it appears that the goblins are being run by a hobgoblin. There could be odd thingsgoing on in there. Not sure what to expect." After a brief pause to take a couple of deep breaths he says. "Sorry, my name is Eul."
There is an open path exactly opposite the entrance. From where you stand it's lit but poorly.

If I am understanding this correctly: Thanks to Furious Focus, the first two swings (obvious misses) don't count towards Multiple Attack Penalty. Therefore the third attack would have a +5 modifier. I'm thinking that just might hit?
Edit: Was discussing this with Naatkinson on Discord, and it turns out I was in fact slight misunderstanding the feat in that it only starts working from your second attack for the round. So then: my second attack missed and so thanks to the feat, my third attack would have been at -5 penalty rather than at -10, so a total of 9. Yeah okay I'm guessing that does miss.
Thanks!
