Quick update: works been a bit crazy and I haven't had the time to read up and move us forward. I haven't forgotten about it and will reupdate and move us forward when things settle down. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What has become of this game? Has anyone heard from our DM? I see him on the Discord channel in my rare visits there.

I have discord on my phone; I don't use my phone much so it is a pretty unreliable way of checking my "pulse". The most reliable way to hear from me is through a PM; and even then, it's slow at best. That said: I've been struggling again. I work in a large (like second largest in the district or something like that) grocery store as night crew so the holiday stretch has been a real bitch. Add to that that the guy helping, disappeared so I've been by myself for the last 2 or 3 weeks after being by myself for 1 or 2 months. It's been a bit much to say the least.

The only reason I saw this is because I'm flying out to SF in a few hours and was going to post something in the absence thread before I saw this.

So there's where I'm at. It's probably not going to change much in the near future because it's already crazy busy and it's only Halloween. I honestly feel horrible on setting this game up only to disappear again. I won't fault anyone if they want to dip out and you all have a reserved spot if I ever find the energy to start thinking again.

I feel all I've been doing is apologising lately and letting everyone on here down, and I hate that. I wish the only apology I'd have to make is you're going through withdrawals without it, like equivalent to hard drugs; not because I'm too tired that basic math seems impossible.

Some exaggerations thrown in there but many take away: I suck and I'm sorry (doubly to you, Drama).

I'm sorry to hear of your troubles, HypCo! I wish you the best, and I, for one, will still be here when you come back.

No problems at all on this side Hyp. Life does this crap to us. When things get better, we'll get dice rolling. If that takes awhile, so be it. :)

So, hey, how's it going. I'll spare making you all my personal therapists and simply say, I'm *hopefully* back for good. I figured you guys deserve to get updated first. While the plan is to be more active, I don't think I will revive this game straight away; I honestly don't think I have the energy to run any games.

As such, this game will be on an indefinite pause for the time being. I still won't fault anyone for wanting to clear their inactive clutter and you guys will always have a spot in this game, regardless if you left or not. I don't think I've met a more welcoming and friendly community and I'm shamed to keep writing these kinds of posts instead of game posts.

All in all: I still suck and I'm still sorry.
