Clifford Potter
First victim. 53-year-old white male. His mutilated body was found on the outskirts of town, near the ruins of the old Hunt Electrodynamics plant, on March 5th. He had rented a Bobcat tractor from the Gas n' Sip earlier that day. The body was laying near the Bobcat, which was covered with the victim's blood.

Lucille Mayer
Second victim. 36-year-old female. Reported missing the night of April 24th by her partner, Emily Warren. After two weeks, her remains were discovered by Deputy Androzy two days prior to the FBI's involvement, on May 8th.

Jarvis Greene
Discovered Potter's body. Works at the Gas n' Sip, and had rented the Bobcat to Potter for the afternoon. When Potter failed to return the tractor by nightfall, Greene went out to look for it.

Emily Warren
Lucille Mayer's surviving partner.
