I had a quick question. The forum rules say no violence. This make me wonder how to depict combat for my game if violence is not allowed. Or does this rule apply to out of game posts?

i think its more ment towards player against player like "GRRR... Imma do this and that to you!!! Rawr" kind of thing?

Okay, that makes sense. I assumed it was something like that, but wanted to be sure.

I realize it's not clear, so I'll try to adjust the text. Those rules are for the non-game forums, though some of them apply to all. To answer the specific question, yes, it means violence or threats of violence against another person. Fighting in games is perfectly fine (unless your game is somehow a depiction of real people and what you want to do to them).
