EOTE: Socorro [ EDIT ]

An outer rim world of Socorro is known to be a smuggler haven. The world comprised of hardened volcanic ash is a hub world for some of the galaxy;s most illegal trades. It is here where many criminal organizations struggle to maintain power over other organizations.
Recently though, trade is beginning to open up on some neighboring worlds. This comes as a blessing for some of the lesser organizations as the opportunity is finally available for the taking to establish a foothold in a buzzing economy for spice, ship modifications, water, and other technological commodities and services.
The players find themselves forming a new criminal organization due to some of the big shots expanding trade into neighboring planets, thus reducing their grip over Socorro. Operating out of a medium sized city of Mering-Ush they now set off on trying to expand their organization to greater heights, and along the way must face and deal with other organizations that are set out with the same goals. There is also the looming threat of the Galactic Empire, who may always decide to step foot on this planet at their will.

This is an edge of the empire game, which means criminal characters will be played. There are no heroes in this game, only stories of struggle and rough diplomacy in the pursuit of riches.
Ill take on 5 players, and hope for this to be an active game.
Book supported character creation only. No homebrewed characters but anything found out of the books (like class books) is fair game.
Each one of you knows the other characters from previous experiences and encounters with each other. Leadership will be democratic in most aspects.
Force sensitives are allowed, but keep in mind this will bear risks.
Players will also discuss their criminal organization, from name, to colors, to illegal activity participating in, and starting equipment for the organization. This will be discussed once characters are created.
