Journey into The Abyss [ EDIT ]

This game has been retired! That means it's no longer being run.

Long ago, there was a proud empire of Dwarves. It was a time when a war between Hill Dwarves and Mountain Dwarves was starting. A Hill Dwarven fortress-kingdom decided in a controversial method to win against the powerful Mountain Dwarf army. Priests came together to create a ritual that would summon demons to support their army. It was a failed experiment, as it corrupted the land and unleashed demons into the mortal world. It took the help of a human army and a couple of adventurers to seal the portal.

Fast forwards 50 years. A human fort was set up near the hill that contains the portal. This was done as an early warning outpost in case of further invasions, and also as place to continue the study of demonic phenomenons...

This is a homebrew campaign of going through the levels of Abyss. Do note that I'm not 100% in knowledge of the lore, but I'll do try to make things interesting.

Character Generation Info

Starting at level 1. Stats will be done by rolling 9 3d6, and aloting the top 6 values into your stats.

I'll allow 1 type of homebrew class, race, or background from the dandwiki website. The homebrew will have to seem reasonable enough. Don't worry if there is too much to choose from, as this is just an optional thing I'll allow.

Levelling will be done for each level descended.
