A former-Jedi and nobleman from the Outer Rim planet of Serenno - Count Dooku - has initiated a Separatist movement, spurring thousands of sovereign star systems to break away from the galactic governing body of the Republic.
Chancellor Sheev Palpatine has been a just and benevolent public servant of the common good for 10 years now, but it seems as though a civil war is imminent between the Republic and the Separatists.
Meanwhile, on the Outer Rim planet of Moraband, a man calling himself Brother Xaos fosters a secretive community in the ruins of an ancient temple.

Your character is currently an UNWILLING trainee, in a secretive Sith program.
Perhaps you were abducted and brought here, perhaps you were sold, perhaps you initially joined the program willingly? You decide how you got here. But all you know, now, is that if you don't get off this planet you are going to die.
The point of this game is to focus on the high stakes, high action, escape from the Sith. Not any existential/philosophical struggle with the Sith or the Dark Side.
