The Shards of Mortis [ EDIT ]

This game has been retired! That means it's no longer being run.

First off, The gods are gone (one exception the humans "holy empire" in Thessalon)

general info:
-The Cataclysm is an event that happened a thousand years ago details dependant on race
-Thessalon and Arbelladon are in a "Cold War"

there are 5 continents:
Thessalon - Human (the holy empire)
Arbelladon - Elf (Honor above all else)
Finngard - Human (barbarians)
Zigan - Human/Gnome (no magic but Science)
Masriedor (Fallen Land)

you can play an abnormal race it's ok. Message me first. Word of warning "you're gonna have a bad time."
The game start is going to be in Thessalon. (if you be an elf plan accordingly)

Character Generation Info

PHB only This is a 3rd level start 30pt buy.
Take the average HP for your level at every level except for first(take max) HD: d4=3 d6=4, d8=5, d10=6, d12=7
Roll your starting gold and Triple it. When you're done buying items shift the value down by 1 unit (example: if you end with 15gp 3sp and 6 cp its now worth 15sp 3cp -> 1gp 5sp 3cp)
after game start item values will also change so if it's normally 5gp its now 5sp. All items will be purchased no "starting" items
acquiring hordes of gold and magic items should be difficult and only for elite.

Common races:
Human - the kind you know and love
Elf - prophetic race (always doing things for the greater good)
Gnome - tinkerers (think steam punk)
Dwarf - artisans, crafters, and merchants
Halfling - the usual

Abnormal/Shunned races:
Half-Elf - Elves and Humans don't usually get along, nobody likes a Half-Elf
Half-Orc - this is like saying you have a half sheep child to people.
Tiefling - normal
Beast races (in this world Orc/Dragonborn is a beast race)
