Somehow, the only times I ever remember we have inspiration is when I'm making attacks.

Possibly. Was that this game. If so, since neither of your sides had the drop, I'll say the side with highest initiative roll will go first.

I may give Crolwell a day to hopefully come post a combat turn, otherwise I may just pass on him for now so we don't get too hung up.
