Looks like I'd slot in after Ruby. If any Hobs are visible to Iathos and in range of Eldritch Blast (120 feet) I'll attempt to blast them. Attack and damage rolls below.If no Hobs are yet visible, Iathos will hold his action until at least one becomes visible and then blast it.

I'll be in a similar stance as Iathos, But i do not charge in, I would take aim and shoot.

As the chaos erupted around him, Atrix drew his bow and held his shot, creeping back into the shadows waiting for the right moment to strike.

Two hobgoblins step out of the house, holding swords and shields and wearing heavy armor. They don't move very fast or far in their armor, so only move to just outside of the house (you won't be able to surround them on all sides).
They hold their weapons at the ready.
Altrix's Readied Action last round to shoot one can trigger, and then everyone is up for round two.
Those who didn't move last round are 45' from the hobs, but if you did move last round, you're 15 or 20' away.
