he still might not fare so well, we will see when it actually gets to the point where hes putting hte parasite in the octopus. My main concern is i let this guy out of his stasis field, and he acids my suit then shoots the parasite inside me.... however that works.

Do they go in through the mouth? bore through the flesh? We never established that...

I think we established that each parasite can customize their body, so they may not all have acidic saliva and sharp teeth. It would be good to know how they get into people outside of a medbay.

Yeah, im concerned. We know this one has sharp teeth and pukes acid, because of the whole tube incident. But we dont know what other features they could develop. Does it depend on biological code? if one of them got a sample of marbo, for instance, would they be able to grow additional arms, or breath under water?

I just love everything about this game. I think after we finish this campaign, we should do another system together. Im still a fan of FATE Core, and id be willing to play or run any kind of game within that system. Id love to see what yall would do to a supers game.

I'm willing to just start another episode of L&F after this one finishes but I'm also fine with changing systems. Whatever everyone else prefers. We could even run both at the same time but that much activity at once might just crash the website

Im gonna probably have to retire from a few games im part of already, as im running 2 CoC, and i have about 5 other games i play in that are moving a bit too slow for me to keep interest. i know PbP is play when you can, but when you go four days to aweek with nothing, it gets dry fast.

Are you still counting Midnight Radio as a game you're running? I'm pretty sure it's dead, even if the others won't admit it. Which is a shame because I love my character for it.

Honestly, I would love to continue this game into a new adventure. This is just too much fun to give up.

I shouldve known better than to invite sheisty, i hate to talk shit but hes abandoned a few games in my time. Could be he just forgot too, but its pretty much dead yeah. if it gets a post in it then ill continue it, but for now its stalled out.


I have a serious urge to run supers, whether that is super serious or super silly, or a mix of both like a good marvel movie, it doesnt matter to me. I would like to use FATE Core, as its a very collaborative system, with the players and GM spending the beginning deciding on the antagonists, the world setting, and everything. If theres enough interest with this group ill start one up and invite everybody whos interested.

Okay, so I need some orientation, as I've been away from the game for a while and I'm not sure I have it all straight. Am I correct in thinking that neither Marbo nor Moira came up with any new ideas for giving the parasites new bodies that aren't robotic? And so Marbo is now in the process of doing the surgery?
