[ +- ] Shoving a creature

I would like to shove the smuggler to knock him prone. As far as I can tell there is no attack roll, just a contested strength check. Rolling init as well.

Fenrin can be hidden, he isn't in view of anyone.

I'd say you could see him in between the other two as there is a gap.

Going to try to knock him prone again. Any chance I can make another persuasion
roll to get him to surrender quietly so we can restrain him? Also looking around the room is there anything we can use to bind him? Rope? Chains? A length of cloth?
Aenar knows the smuggler is outnumbered and is hesitant to use excessive violence. "Don't make this more difficult than it has to be son. You're outnumbered"

I say yes to the persuasion as you are taking a different route to it, not trying to get him to believe you are friends, just that it won't end well.

As you try to knock him prone he moves, and then hears your words.
He backs against the wall, "Aye, I can't beat you, I see that now. I yield to your numbers." He drops his dagger and puts his hands up against the wall.

Seeing this matter is cleared, he walks over to the other doors of this room and checks to see if they are locked or not.

There is probably some binding on some of the boxes or crates in this room.
