Harrad had opened the door to the 20' or so long hallway. That was the closed door to us. I'm assuming there was no one in the hallway.

Upon hearing the guard, Aenar moves hastily to bind the smuggler's hands and feet. He shoots Garrin a knowing look as if to say "give me a hand with this."

Harrad side steps the door and waits for the guard to enter and will ambush him when he opens the door to enter our room. He gives anyone he can see the quite sign.

I think Garrin and or Fenrin would need to make a strength roll versus his dex or strength to try and bind him.
