Character Creation Rules

Thanks. When I was initially coming up with the character, I thought about making her a government experiment (not 100% against the idea), but I didn't want that to be the main issue with her (at least to start with).

I like it. Very nice read.

NPC idea:

Name: Bruce Match

Bruce Match is CEO of Costumecorp, providing suits for heroes and wannabe heroes. He is also the feared mob leader Maximilian Purchase. He achieves this via his cloning power. One clone handles the business, one the mob. He is one person in two bodies. The two bodies share vitals, so only one needs to eat or sleep for both to be refreshed. Both clones need to be killed to kill him forever, otherwise the other clone can just recreate the first.

High concept:
Crime and business are two sides of the same coin

Trouble:
Hard to keep the worlds separate

I see Bruce playing good cop/bad cop with heroes, on the one side sponsoring them and providing them costumes, and on the other running them on a merry chase around the city. He uses his CEO influence to divert heroes under his control away from his mob businesses, towards his competition, and his mob influence to attack competing CEOs and heroes. It delights him to play the game from both sides

Yeah...this is a guy you will have to deal with.

I was telling my sister about this game and she came up with a character I just had to share.

NPC Idea:
Name: Alexi Marakov
Chosen Alias: Chernobyl
Given Alias: The Roach

Alexi is a bit of an oddball villain. Interested mainly in the infamy he could gain from his radioactive powers and causing a bit of mayhem. The money he could steal is also nice, but its not like he can really spend it. Able to produce radioactive blasts, and able to withstand a great deal of punishment due to his Chitinous body, he can be a real problem in a fight. Unfortunately, he looks ridiculous. He only stands at about 4'10" and the armor on his body makes him look like a gross insect hybrid. Trying to go by the name Chernobyl, because of his russian heritage and power set, he has been unceremoniously cast down as a minor villain named The Roach due to a quip from Echo that has taken to the public like wildfire.

Powers:
Energy Blast (Nuclear Radiation), Super Toughness, Wall-Climbing
Many think that he may have Animal Control (insects) but this is just a rumor due to his name.
