Looks good. The only adjustment is on your handaxes and daggers. Their thrown bonus should also be +5. In 5e, the bonus for attack is dependent on the type of weapon, not the type of attack. Since both are Melee weapons to start, they default to using your Strength as a mod instead of Dex (Dagger you can choose your Dex because of Finesse). When you throw it, it doesn't change to become a ranged weapon. :) Other than that, looks good!
