Seuss says:
I applaud the thought and if you
really want to convince a passenger or at least make stabilizing the downed suspects a priority you can send a roll. They're standard NPCs so per the rules as written it's implied that when they fail a save they are dead/dying. Though your decision to use rubber bullets will certainly not go unnoticed ... I figure that will give the FBI a lot of people to question about the Russian mafia and their operations.
Actually *pushes glasses again* there is a rule that specifies that the last type of damage that causes the failed save is important. To quote:
Quote:
Page 332, under "NPC Damage Saves":
When an NPC's Damage Save fails, he suffers one of the following effects, as appropriate.
- If the NPC's most recent injury inflicted subdual or stress damage, he falls unconscious, waking up at a point determined by the GC.
- If the NPC's most recent injury inflicted lethal damage, he dies.So those guys I shot could literally wake back up at any moment (and why I was making sure to tell Whitmore to clarify what damage he did). I also thought the "bleeding out" bit was you being nice and giving us a chance to save the others.
Seuss says:
And about the Discord account. Don't feel like you have to download something like that. I believe Whitmore was just suggesting it as an option. Is there a chat program that you do use? Or document share program? Maybe there is a common program that we all have?
I'm going to have to get back to you about that, been a while since I deep dived this computer.
