Quotes in notes break notes

When creating a note to a user, if you include a quote tag inside the note, everything after the quote isn't included in the note.

It's happened before. See here, here, and here. Bu I thought it had been fixed. By that I mean I was able to put quotes in a note without breaking it.

Hmm, interesting to know... I never put quotations in notes before and now I'll know not to. Perhaps, until this get fixed, we could get around this problem by linking to the original post where the important quote is instead?

Happens with OOC tags as well, I've noticed. If you put the secondary tag after all the other text in the note, it seems to be fine (at least in the case of OOC), but if I start a note with an OOC tag, the rest of the note will be revealed.
