Yeah, a lot of siblings, :) A good method of rolling for them. 4 rolls per sibling, nice and easy.

A noble born character is always nice to have. Makes some aspects of travelling easier but adds more social constructs and drama too, especially as you're outwith your family's lands. Who are your parents? What is the house / family known for? How did they react when you manifested magical abilities?
One of the more striking elements to your characters situation is the large number of siblings and the vast array of emotional connections therein. As you are likely the only magic user among your siblings, save perhaps your twin, how did your siblings react to your power? Given a majority of them dislike you or are indifferent, is your magical potential the main component? Did your parents tend more attention to you because of it to which your siblings are jealous? All but your younger sister whom is possessive / protective of you. Does she suffer dislike from her siblings because of her caring for you?
What was the monster attack and how were you responsible for it? Does this have something to do with why you are not in your family lands currently? Or are you hunting the Bard who has since been using his songs, stories and contacts to spread news of your failings and embarrassments as well as maybe a few lies to all who will listen on his travels. Does this situation and the Bard's activities have anything to do with why your siblings feel they way they do? Maybe they feel you have embarrassed the family and you're out to try and mend the damage?
Who is your Influential Friend? A member of the noble class being on friendly terms with one of the merchant class is certainly not unheard of so folks wont bat an eye. What are their main forms of trade?
About everything else looks good to me so putting the sheet together should be doable.
Equipment is the last thing we'll do. You can either take the average or you can roll. If you choose to roll you take what you get. runekyndig is right in that you'll be looking at basic equipment to begin with as well as the advised items as well near the start of that chapter. You'll loot gear and stuff from antagonists and perhaps also also gain through rewards as well so with time you'll pick up better and more impressive gear.
