That sounds great! We could alternate the lineup depending upon the mission and who's available.

When we're not out on the team mission, we could take on personal missions and/or work on our interpersonal relationships, stuff that we can play out without a lot of dice or mechanics.

I personally love that idea. That wsy we have time to rp and take small breaks between missions.

So maybe JJ and ai can alternate doing misdions so jackjack can also make a superhero and relax as a player!

This is sounding pretty cool! I like that idea. As we go, there's probably going to be "sneak" missions which some of us will not be suited for; and if someone gets in trouble, they can hit their 'trouble' button and the cavalry rolls in! We'll probably be able to determine small teams that work well together, or at least the ones who play well together in the off-time.

So Riptide lives in a van down by the river? So Saturday Night.
Forgive my ignorance or naivete... What does this even mean? It's on the beach, just to be clear. He hangs one foot out the door while he sleeps so he knows when the tide comes in, in the morning.

I mean if the other players are fine with it, and I can join in sessions where I am not a GM I would love to make a hero of my own.

sounds good to me, When we get back into it, I'll need some guidance when i need to make rolls as im still unfamiliar with the system. But perhaps when we get around to it i can take a session in the training center :D

Yeah, dude! Make one! I know you kinda made this game so you could have your own super hero game when all the other games were filling up too quickly, so, take full advantage of me alternating with you :) And start thinking up of that character!

okay I won't be adding it in too early but I think I got some ideas, now, I think ill delete the episode thread if I can, once I have maybe one more day to plan stuff I'll start off with three kinda separate stories.

i'll just throw in my vote that I support the idea of rotating the GM and letting the non-running GM play a PC. I dislike the GMPC idea as a whole, but this is not that so I'm on board.

Noted, it is not my goal to power game with my character I should note.

You could use one of those example characters that you made at the beginning of the other forum.

Thats true, its been a while since I've played either of those.

I have experience running DC Adventures/Mutants and Masterminds as well, so I can take a turn running an adventure, too, if needed.
May 30, 2019 5:29 am
I might take advantage on that if I feel 2 GMs not enough.
May 30, 2019 7:14 pm
Let's all be GMs! ...Just kidding!

I would honestly love to be in such a game. Taking turns telling stories with a rotating cast of players/characters sounds like a lot of fun.

Strumdaddy, the late, great Chris Farley played a role in a number of skits on Saturday Night Live in which he promoted himself as a motivational speaker who helped parents with seemingly out of control kids. He was sloppily dressed and kept repeating how he lived in a van down by the river. It was hilarious but you would have to experience the skit to appreciate it. I'm sure it can be found somewhere on the internet. It's from the early to mid 90's. Your character and the statement about where he lived just brought that back to me so vividly.
