"Dear, you know I never forget any of my students", Drenala says as she takes the tablet and looks at it together with her husband.
After thinking for a moment, the two of you give you some information on how they remember the Potential crew:
"Shawna Cassano, are you sure you want to serve under her? She was a terrible student. Always getting into trouble, never paying attention. She always hung out with this boy, Nic, and the two of them just were a bad influence on each other."
"Oh, and Cass Darcy is on the Potential as well. She was a bit of a loner and was really struggling at the academy at first - never handing in assignments on time, sleeping in and missing classes, she even came to class drunk more than once. She got her act together eventually and graduated. I'm not surprised she's on the same ship as Cassano. Darcy had less charisma than Cassano but I always said they would probably have been friends if they were in the same year."
"I also remember Zephyr Borealis. He was a good kid. Smart and dedicated, sometimes a bit overzealous. He didn't have it easy. His sister was very sick and he often had to take care of her and ended up missing a lot of classes because of that. It didn't stop him from passing with excellent grades, however."
"Max Harris was a sweet kid, always talking of his home. He was laser focused on counseling and psychology and could not care less about engineering or most of the sciences. Somehow, he still managed to graduate. I heard he was on the Cascade."
"Ah, and of course Anatol Belka. He was a good student but not outstanding. We always suspected he was dealing with some illegal substances but we were never able to prove it."
"The other two, Moira Bruce and Alexandra Lloyd must have graduated before we starte dteaching. I do know that Lloyd is a bit infamous for a diplomatic disaster with the Naplicans a few years ago that she was responsible for but I don't remember the details. I'm sure you can find something about it in the database."
Drenala looks at Alira, her face shows disappointment as she hands the tablet back to Alira. "Are you really sure you want to work with these people? They are just not the most professional."
