So big, I don't know everything that's in this! We have a number of bug fixes, the conversion of the contact form and notifications pages to Angular, the notifications system being shut down entirely (we'll revisit this in the future, the system exists after all), and more. The notifications system was actually a big delay point as I wasn't sure what to do about it, so a bunch of fixes ended up thrown in there, and kinda forgotten about.
