Welcome back!

I followed being very busy with being very accident prone. Laid up in bed for an as yet undetermined amount of time. Can't focus on GP for the near future. Hold my spots, DMs, and hold those rolls, players! I'll hopefully be back shortly to resume my games. Sincerest apologies.

Has anyone heard anything about "HeroAmongMen" who has been absent for two weeks.

Hey there. I'm currently pretty sick. This combined with the Christmas holidays means I'll probably be out of order until the end of the year

So of course its the first day of vacation and my graphics card dies! Of all the days! Needless to say my posting rate will be a little slower for games I'm running since I have to post from my phone for a day or two.

What is happening to me: I am asking for a pass for the next few days. On Tuesday, my father-in-law collapsed and went into heart failure. They revived him and took him to the ICU where he has been since. Yesterday evening, he was talking and sitting up and asking for water when we left visiting hours. We no sooner got home when they called to tell us that he had coded again (this is the fourth time in as many days). He is currently in cascading organ failure. We have him on dialysis to try to clear his kidneys and jump-start his metabolism, but right now, the only thing keeping him alive is the ventilator and the pacemaker they put in. I don't know how long this will go on, but I ask if I fall behind, you be understanding.

Of course, take all the time you need. Hoping for a speedy recovery!

My father-in-law passed away at 2:04 am this morning. I will be taking a few days to be with my wife during her time of grief and will return shortly. Thank you for understanding.

I know I have been gone for a long while. I am just coming back.

I have been pretty sick and had to drop everything but my job. I hope to be fully back here playing games soon. I apologize for my sudden departure but it was needed.

I'm back. My FIL's funeral will be February 10, and all the relatives are coming into town (from both sides of our family) on the 6th, but I should be okay to post until then.
