Character submitted full back story soon. Does anyone want to talk about a linked back story?

I think we are starting as slaves, so linked back story isn't needed, but we do have some people who come from similar backgrounds

I'm now thinking of changing my character to bard, as he will be a bit of a seducer.

Also linking the backstories for those in the same faction sounds good for me.

Is there a common? The guide listed a few different ways languages can work based on DM preferences. Is there a common or will Ixalans all speak Ixalan? Also, how will vampires work with spells and abilities like lay on hands? The description specifically says does not work on undead.

There is a Common. Vampires in this setting aren't exactly undead, they're a lot more like dhampir, so regular healing works on them; they still need to drink blood to not go into a coma though.

So those of us from iaxalan would most likely speak common, ixalan and maybe one more language?
