This will be an ongoing rules list. Since I am basically creating this from scratch, please work with me. I am also open to any insights and suggestions to make this more fun and streamlined.
There will be 12 areas that are named. As a Team you need to decide which of the 12 you want to land in.
Items will be randomly placed in locations.
Each person can search for items or building materials a maximum of twice per location (2x items or 2x materials or 1x for each).
When searching for items, a roll of 0-10 and you find nothing, 11-15 you find a simple item, 16-19+ you find a lesser magic item,
Nat 20 you find an ultimate item.
When searching for materials, you roll a straight 1d20. you can pick wood, stone, or metal. If you want wood, you get the amount that you rolled. Stone, half what you rolled at a minimum of 1, metal 1/3 of what you rolled at a minimum of 1. More on what you can build in another thread.
At each location, we will roll initiative. You can then take actions in initiative order. If a combat encounter occurs, a new initiative will be rolled. This will help me keep track of time and everyone will know who can do what.
If an item requires attunement, you are automatically attuned.
If an item is magic, you automatically know its ability.
More to come, let me know if you have questions or suggestions.
