Starting out, I want to try to keep things simple. Races and Classes from the PHB only. Human Variant and Revised Ranger are ok.

Level 3, 4d6 drop the lowest.

Start with a pickax, bag of holding, and what ever armor you class starts with.

This will be combat heavy with little RP.
