Replacements needed for BECMI game

Anyone interested in playing a game of BECMI (old school D&D)? We have barely started a game using the Keep on the Borderlands module. The party is level 1 at the moment and lost their cleric and magic user (though replacements need not be from those classes).

I'd be happy to play a cleric. I have a tiny bit of experience running a B/X game for a groups of kids using the B/X Essentials books, but I'm still very much an amateur tonthe system and would love to get a better feel for not as a player.

I have an elf character ready to go, if you would have me. I rolled the character up in another game, which has since gone dormant. Should I apply?
