Bug report: Fatal error on quote

When attempting to quote another post - by clicking the "quote" link under the post - I get:

I thought at first that it may be limited to quotes that include the OOC tag, but that doesn't appear to be the case: it's happening with any quote of any message I try.

I tested it too. Only appears to be happening to posts in the Game Forums section (at least for me)

Fixed.

By this, I demonstrate that it is true: quoting works again! Hooray!
