Interest Check: L5R (5e)

I'm interested in running an L5R (5e) game. I'd prefer an urban-focussed game, and I'm interested in the Path of Waves (ronin or non-samurai characters) book, though I haven't got my hands on it yet. But I'm more interested in a game that has sustainable buy-in, so I'm more than happy to collaborate on the setting/focus.
