Well a Masterwork Shield are a hybrid as they are both Armor and a Weapon so what aspect of it are you referring too and I will work on updating the House Rules to extrapolate on that...

Okay a Masterwork Shield for AC becomes a +1 (x5) or +2 (x10) and becomes 10% lighter rounded (-4 or 5+)
