Looking for players - Star Wars 5E

I am looking for players interested in a Star Wars 5E game set in the same period as SWTOR. The game is set on Coruscant, which has an outbreak of the Rakghoul Plague.

Looking to have up to 6 players at this time.

How are you going to make gear fit in the switch from fantasy to scifi? Also, will the sith war come into play at all?

I'm very interested in joining this game. Have never played Star Wars 5e so I don't know too much about it yet. But I do know both Star Wars Roleplaying from FFG and D&D. I'm also totally new to Gamers Plane and PbF, but I'm interested in starting playing. But I'm wiling to learn.

Would these be a big hinder to play in this game?

SW5E is more or less the same rulesystem as D&D5E. The main differences are in the casting system, and in the backgrounds. The system is fan-made and is getting updated/added to often. There may be some issues, but as far as I could tell, nothing major. The important thing about this setting and playing in this format is interest in the game.

I'm actually confused about this, are you only letting in people who has replied to this thread? I applied basically when the game opened and I'm still "Waiting"

Bizzaromoon I find that it helps to do following 3 things because frankly if someone applies to a game the GM is not informed of this and unless they happen to open up their Games and check the game out specifically via that interface they will not know someone has applied to their game.

1) Post in the Recruitment Thread (if there is one) (most effective method as there is an indicator to alert the GM)
2) Apply Directly to the Game (not always seen)
3) PM the GM that you applied to their game (not always seen)
