PM Notifications

I don't know if it's just me, but I haven't been receiving email notifications of new PMs. I've tried toggling the Enable/Disable to see if that would help, but it didn't make a difference.

I've also never gotten emails about my PMs. I get them for my games, but not the messages

I have gotten pm emails, but there may well be a bug, given my privileges are different. I'm on it.
