Rolling for Level 3 HP.

PC's gain a new feat at 3rd level, right? I took Power Attack.

Also gained Cavalier's Charge but like many of the cavalier's abilities, it's utterly useless without my mount. Since we've cleared these catacombs I hope we're going back to the surface soon!

I acquire the armor training feat and I put skill points in Knowledge (dungeoneering) and Use Magic Item.

Bomb Damage increases to 2d6 (and I get another bomb per day...)

I get the swift alchemy class feature, so it's time to start making more goodies...

Adding ranks to Linguistics and Knowledge (History) (justifying by saying Archie is going to be studying this book all night), as well as the requisite Craft Alchemy and Knowledge Arcana.

So, my Ki Pool is 1/2 my monk levels plus wis modifier... is that rounded down or up? (Either 1+1=2 or 2+1=3)

Also some of the vows say I get one extra point per 5 or 6 monk levels, with a minimum of one... so does that mean I start with +1 ki point from the vow now, and get another one at level 5/6, or do I not benefit from the vow at all until I hit those levels?

Naat may run it differently, but I always round down unless it says otherwise in the rules.
The way it reads, I'd say you get the bonus +1 now, and then get another +1 at the next interval, depending on the vow. (Vow of Poverty gives a bonus ki every level, Silence every 6, and Truth every 5...) At level 7, you'd get your second bonus point from Vow of Truth, and then your second one from Silence at level 8. Again, Naat may run it differently, but that's the way I see it with that minimum +1 tacked on at the end there...

Rule of thumb is to round down. If it says min of 1, then you get that no matter your level :)
