[ +- ] Aukan "The fearless"
Since the day he was born, Aukan was considered a frail and pale creature, having been born with a illness that took his right leg.
Shuned by the other younger Goliaths, Aukan was never invited into games or trainings, but his father, sensing great power and rage within his son, trained him in secret. This was no easy task for the pale and frail thing due to his ailment, but this never stopped Aukan from pushing forward.
One day, his sister got lost on the woods and a group of adult Goliaths was sent out to look for her. Aukan, unable to stay put, worrying about his sister, escaped home and adventured into the mountain woodlands.
Soon the story of one lost Goliath turned into two lost Goliaths. Families were worried and bigger groups sent to look for the children until a couple of days later, both Goliaths came back with barely any harm.
Nothing much is known from that day, but Aukan sister, Maleea, always professes that her brother, the pale and fragile creature, plucked the life of a powerful bear with his own hands, bravely saving his sister from certain death.
Whenever Maleea tells the story, she emphasizes how the fear of the creature had her paralized, but she speaks greatly of how the fear his brother rage inspired in her turned her to run and save her life.
Since that day Aukan was respected and invited into the games and trainings, slowly becoming a strong and dexterous warrior for the Anacalatai, no longer deemed as the "frail and pale creature" but as "The Fearless".

I grew up in the wonderful world of the feywild, like all satyrs like me. Let's just say, we know how to party. A lot. All the time. Honestly, most of my life, I've just partied. Dude, the feywild is a bitchin' place.
ANYWAYS, this one time one of my cousins managed to lure an adventurer into the feywild, and we showed him one hell of a good time. By the time the party was over, he was...a changed man. I won't scar you with the details. I remember being impressed about him, however. A real adventurer. A hero.
One day, I found a grove of magenta and teal trees, and was telling this jackalope about how cool it would be to be an adventurer. All of a sudden, a deep baritone voice said "That sounds fun." Before I could turn around to see who was talking, a huge figure shoved me to the ground, and when I opened my eyes I was on the Material Plane in the forest. I managed to find my way to Red Larch, and spent a couple days entertaining the locals on a street corner.
I've started to notice I have some weird new magic powers too. I guess this is what I wanted, but I'm not sure where this all will take me. I guess I need to be more careful when wishing out loud.

She is inquisitive, but has a strong sense of right and wrong.
Vanri is a big fan of spicy foods, and is a fiend for pickled anything. She does not like the taste of beer, and enjoys coffee, but gets really hyper when she drinks it.
OOC:
For the first two levels, Vanari will be mostly hanging out towards the middle, using her short ranged cantrips as her primary damage. Once she hits level 3, she will probably go Battlesmith (though Artillierist is still possible) and start mixing it up in melee. (Hopefully using the missing sword, lol.)OOC:

It’s weekend so I know that a lot of people are busy, myself included, so no worries if people won’t have time to post before Monday. But I’m going to start by letting you all "introduce" yourselves, so it’s going to be fairly low key.

Yeah. My nephew, who is three, is staying over for a few days while his parents recover from the birth of my new nephew. Unfortunately, he needs constant attention, as he gets himself into a LOT of mischief if you don't keep a steady eye on him.

Iliya Roguesdottier started life as an orphan, someone unknown to all. Till she had dreams, visions of a orc horde, enemy army, invasion from the underdark, the stories differ. She was able to make her dreams known to the lord, the king, the captain of the guard, the person who needed to know. Whatever person needed to know it was stopped, and the divinatory ability of Iliya were commended, and spread, giving her the new name Iliya Hordseer.
A couple of centuries later the Hordseer name is still known as a family of divinatory wizards or caters who help forsee the future, though not without spells.. Many respect the Hordseer name. When Nadya was born she was brought up like the rest of the family, yet she showed little talent with divinatory magic, or learning magic in general. Eventually her parents thought it best to sent her to a different college from her siblings, one she spent her time drinking and 'socialising' with other students rather than learning. After the college kicked her out, city she had no future with them.That would help expand on her ability to exaggerating the truth, and with musical instruments.
She quickly turned to other means to make a living, using her family name to con others, claiming she could see their futures. While most in her family knew of her tactics, they chose to ignore her and see her as a black sheep, rather than persecute and confront her.
A few weeks ago however sh had a dream, a dream of earthquakes devastation and a male hydra. She ignored the first one, but the next ones were hard ignore. She tried to contact other members of her family but those that even bothered to reply made it clear they didn't appreciate her newest call for attention.
So she decided to try and at least try and affect it herself. She managed to follow the clues in her dreams to red larch. Se had travelled there to at least try and encourage others to seek this medusa, hoping that she herself won't have to pursue it.
