The closer to the inn that Amnon gets, the more his mood improves and when he enters the inn he's downright cheery. Before he gets a chance to speak to the innkeeper, Samantha introduces herself and start to question him. Instead he takes a look around the inn to get a better read of the clientele

Shargon feels no guilt. She knows the place. She only responds with Others started it. This doesn't at all slow or stop her from coming in. She looks over a table to commandeer. And will promptly take a chair there with her quarter staff leaning on the table next to her. She is taking an isolated moment.

It is no trouble spotting Shargon as she stands so tall over everyone except perhaps the half ogre. She is a mountain of a person. Have others stare at her doesn't bother her too much. She is well used to it tends to promptly ignore them except on her bad days. She well known to be rather violent.

Amnon - Most of the people around here seem like common folk from the city. It's common knowledge that you never enter a tavern without a weapon, so everyone has some sort of sword or dagger at the very least. One smelly looking dwarf is passed out in the corner. This all seems like pretty standard tavern faire.

Thank you master Alyth, and no trouble intended. She looks at the crowd and starts her search for Tarina
Jun 20, 2020 6:28 pm
Amnon sidles up to the bar and smiles at the barkeep, "Hello my friend, Alan was it? What exactly does Tarina look like? We were told she'd be looking for us, but the fella that told us that didn't bother describing her to us...rude, I know..."

"Sound about right. Good for nothing, if you ask me." He looks around the room for a moment, then says, "Likely upstairs in the dining room, actually. She's got dark curly hair, usually done up the top. Black cloak like you bandit-types like to wear."

He turns around and places a glass he's been cleaning back on the shelf, then turns around again and faces you. "Can I get you anything while you're here?"
Jun 21, 2020 4:53 am
Shargon was already getting up from a moment to hear the last of the conversation as she was going get something to dine on. She asks Alan, Do you order what to eat here or upstairs? Either way I like a mug of ale.
Jun 21, 2020 9:49 am
Amnon grins, "Thank you my man! What do you recommend? Food and drink would be lovely". Amnon is dying to get a drink and wash the horror from earlier in the evening away.

Harmony stands silently with her brother as he speaks, but once he finds the likely location for their quarry, decides to go and find her. She would abstain from any food or drink from this place. She didn't really care much for alcohol anyway, and she didn't trust the safety of anything that wasn't alcohol unless she procured it herself.

She keeps her eyes peeled for anyone that might fit the description they had gotten, even before she makes it to the upstairs dining room.

Alan smiles and jots down your orders, then motions you to the stairs. "I'll have one of the boys bring it up to you in a few minutes. Feel free to head upstairs. I only ask you stick to the main area unless you're looking for a room. We have a couple beds open still."

As Harmony begins to make her way towards the stairwell, a soft, disembodied Elven voice begins to sing throughout Elfsong Tavern. As you make your way upstairs, the stairwell opens up into a large windowless room. Lit lanterns hang from the rafters, and rugs cover the wooden floor and help dampen the noise from drunken patrons gathered around two large tables, eating and playing games of Baldur’s Bones. At the end of one of the tables, sitting by herself, is a woman who fits the description given earlier.
Jun 22, 2020 7:50 pm
Amnon, drink in hand pushes his way past his sister, "Sorry sis, allow me...". He strides up confidently to the woman, pulls up a chair and sits down. "Good evening, or at least it is now, name’s Amnon. You wouldn’t have to be Tarina would you? The captain sent us", he winks at her.

Shargon is a large shadow behind Amnon with a drink in her hands. She appears rather attentive to what is going on.
Jun 23, 2020 11:31 am
Harmony shakes her head as her brother barrels past her. Anything for a chance to speak with the opposite sex, she guesses. She walks over as casually as her bulky armor allows and takes a seat as well.

Seeing that Amnon might have made contact with their contact, Sam checks the crowd. Is there anyone who reacts to their interaction, some who would cause problems.

Tarina looks up at Amnon. "The Captain doesn't even do his own rendevous with his recon anymore eh? Figures. With the Grand Duke gone, that asshat is all over the place." She doesn't seem particularly impressed or unimpressed with Amnon, and she reclines in her seat.

She looks to Shargon, Harmony, and Sam, then smiles. "Let me guess. Zodge is drafting adventurers to do his dirtywork?"

Sam - there is a group of ruffians playing Baldur's Bones at the other table, who all seem fairly invested. One of them, a particularly greasy looking halfling, sees you looking over the group and winks at you, licking his lips.
Jun 23, 2020 7:31 pm
Sam smiles at the halfling, takes a deep breath raising... "the girls", but then her eyes glows for a second. Her interest in the halfling is gone and he knows that she is not some mear girl. Sam has a way with light, she can do more with the light than the other assimar she meet, could do.

Sam, do you want to make either a Persuasion/Flirt or an Intimidation check? Just want to clarify what you're going for here. :)

The halfling raises his eyebrows, momentarily surprised by your display. He's not scared, but he gets the basic message, and looks away.

Tarina laughs out loud. "Hey Pudge, I think this girl is out of your league." She looks at you, Sam. "Don't mind him. He's a piece of shit." She leans forward. "So, what did Zodge send you lot to ask me about?"
Jun 25, 2020 6:54 am
Amnon leans in, "He wanted to know what YOU know about someone called ‘The Dead Three’ and those that might follow them?"
