I've updated my character sheet and submitted it. I added a more complete description as an after thought. I hope it meets the standards. I'm sure the sheet is not complete. It's been a while since I created it and I don't recall much of the FATE rules. Feel free to modify anything or point out any concerns.

I don't have a character sheet yet, as the aspects of my character is something we are going to explore together. That is how I have understood the game. I tried to avoid using a image, but failed, I have an avatar I really like and there are much to describe about her, visually.

What should we put in a character sheet?

The only thing I filled in was the background section. I assume the character doesn't remember anything, even his name?

Just put your character description. You don't recall anything else about your past or present life, not even your name. It has been pointed out to me that amnesiacs do retain certain things (like muscle memories and aspects of their character), and this will be accounted for in the game. As you learn more about yourself, you will be in control of your character's morals, traits, and things like that. I am just building their background and attributes, which will gradually become apparent as we play.

Should we pick any room sub-forum with no one in them and post our character descriptions there or send GM the description of our character?

That sounds like a good idea. There is already one taken and that is easily identified by the player's name who posted there. I think I'll go ahead and do that.

have you figured out the private tread thing, should we used notes to each other or just go with it?

Let's just roll with it and I'll trust the other players to be adult and not read one another's threads. Once you all come together it will be moot anyway.

Curious to know if WhtKnt knows anything about our 4th player. It seems like none of us are going to move forward until we know for sure that player's status. It's quite possible that the two of them are still playing one on one in the motel room. It would help us if WhtKnt would let us know if that's the case.
