Expansion Points
All characters begin play sans expansion points. Expansion points, rather, are gained through roleplaying and by enabling a character Flaw or Distinctive Secret in play in a creative manner. But how do Expansion Points benefit a character? They can manifest a new ability (at a rank of 13) at the cost of one point; they can manifest a new supporting character or element to the current narrative at the cost of one to two points, depending on the severity.
