Well, I do have certain expectations about how often players should post, and I should hold myself to those as well. Although I generally don't count weekends as 'game days' as people have real life to attend to, I usually like to have something posted Sunday night so everyone can post during the day on Monday.

Plus I get paid a fixed amount per post?
