I have about 4000 gold worth of items from the PHB. This includes 2 mules to haul all this stuff and 2 skilled hirelings paid 10x the PHB rate as hazard pay for a month to manage the mules.

I made up the mithral scrying basin, the spell requires a focus worth 1kgold such as a font of holy water or a crystal ball. I made up a basin. You may disagree with the stats.

is that possible and what's the price for those spells?

I have chosen Aspect of the Moon as an invocation. It is located in Xanthar's Guide to Everything. It lets me do 8 hours of light activity instead of sleeping during a long rest. I think everything else is in the PHB.

The characters status, including items and supplies should be kept in a separate thread, since we'll have to step back in case of a Load Game, and it's easier to just copy on big text than the dozens of numbers from the site sheet.

As a heads up my char will able to help carry some stuff, she has around 600lb of carry capacity. Will be working on her over the weekend.

Just to clarify, is the 10,000 gp limit for one magic item? Or can we spend up to 10,000 gp on magic items?

Any amount of magical items, none more than 10,000 gp in cost.

Ok so two more questions (I'm sure more to follow)

1. As a bladesinger wizard, is there a wizard college/library/mentor where I could find spells to transcribe? Or would I have to buy individual scrolls and then spend the money on top of that to transcribe them like TheYell did

2. There's a magic item called Ioun Stone Sustenance: "You don’t need to eat or drink while this clear spindle orbits your head."
Does this mean that it is actually providing you sustenance? Or would you be starving as soon as you took the stone off your head if you had it on for a few days?

3. Is 27 Point Buy Okay?

I'll have a look around to find a sane way of acquiring spells for wizards and such, because they must have come across some scrolls / tomes / libraries during 8 levels.
The idea is funny to starve to death instantly if you take it off after some days, definitely not the way it works, even if some obscure rule says so.

It's the standard array for ability scores.

used standard array, then 4th level put 2 points in CHA and 8th level 1 pt CHA to bring it to 20, and 1 pt in STR to bring it to 9
so no feats yet
