As we've kept a fairly good pace I've stepped posting requirements to 4-5 /week. If we recruit new players I'd like ones happy to keep that pace. Chaosium have just published the final part so we're a tad behind :)

I think it's when I post from my phone, it locks the threads for some reason.

There is the lock button at the top of the thread...and there's a "Quick Mod" menu that the first option is to lock threads...that could be what happens. Lord knows I've done it plenty of times.

Yes I think my chunky fingers hit that when trying to skip to the last page of a thread on my little iPhone screen #firstworldproblems

Quick rules question: Max Sanity is 99 - Cthulhu Mythos skill, not the Sanity value I started with, correct?

I've got 90 as my Max Sanity value, but I don't have any Cthulhu Mythos skill, so I think I might actually be higher than the 90 I'm at right now. I think I should be at 95 because I was at 89 before the roll to gain 6. I think I had my previous value in Max Sanity...

Aha! You're absolutely right. Your starting San is your POW score but you can raise it to 99-cthulhu mythos score, so your san gain during downtime or GM awarded will take you higher than your initial score. Thanks for pointing that out SB

If you haven't already , can you indicate on you character sheets where your character lived prior to University.

I ran a 2 hour scenario of Call of Cthulhu using the Pulp Cthulhu source book yesterday! That book does a fantastic job adding in a completely different feel to the game, while still keeping the underlying horror. It was a blast.
