Loken finds the balance of his new longsword and hacks a rat in half right before Angel misses hith his shot.
Another rat appears from the room and takes a failed bite at Maloria and Elmo cleaves another rat to death with his battleaxe.

Distracted by his last shot's failure to hit, Angel takes another shot at the ratts and misses again. Gilly however hits her target and another rat lies dead and skewered.

Two more rats rush forward and all three rats attack, elmo taking a nasty bite to the arm from one of them.

While Loken's swrd misses any targets, Eltrezar throws a dagger and sinks it in the side of one of the larger rats. It gives a squeal of pain but remains alive.

Elmo, meanwhile gives another heave with his battleaxe and cleaves another rat in two.

I wasn't going to allow Angel's attack roll since a new Initiative was rolled before his turn would have come up causing him to act out of turn, but since he rolled the highest and is up first I think it's alright to go with it.

Another rat rushes out of the open doorway and Angel immediately runs an arrow through it as it fails to bite Elmo, and it falls to the floor dead.

Not yet out of daggers and newly inspired by his recent success (albeit limited), Eltrezar grabs for yet another dagger tucked into his belt. 'Remember to compliment the blacksmith upon our return to town, these were worth their weight in gold!' He flings it into the fray but his wrist cramps at the last second, leading it to fly harmlessly into Maloria's back, hilt-first. CLUNK
